ICF Application for Continuing Coaching Education Units(CCEUs)

This application form is for use by ICF Chapters, SIGs, Conference representatives, and Virtual Education Presenters to request authorization to issue Continuing Coaching Education units (CCEUs) to attendees/participants of educational offerings.

Presenters or those representing presenters (contact person) must complete and submit this form to the ICF Headquarters for review. Following review, a notice granting or denying approval will be sent to the contact person that submitted the application.

This form must be completed and submitted at least 30 days prior to the event to allow time for review by ICF staff.

A separate form is required for each educational offering.

Information regarding the different designations of CCE units is included at the end of this form. Please take time to review the entire form and the CCE information prior to completing the form.

This application is formatted as a PDF file with active text boxes that must be completed within the document. Once you have completed the document you must submit this file electronically to the ICF by clicking on the “Submit” button at the end of the form. Clicking “Submit” will e-mail the completed form directly to the ICF Headquarters for review. You may also wish to click the “Print” button to create a copy for your records.
