Diane is the 2008 President of the International Coach Federation (ICF).  She has been an ICF member since beginning her coaching practice.  She was the driving force behind the founding of her local chapter in Tucson, Arizona serving as the chapter’s first president in 2001.  Diane served as the co-chair of the ICF Regulatory Committee (2003 -2004) and was elected to the ICF Board of Directors in 2004. As a member of the ICF Board, Diane has had the opportunity to work with coaches around the world, and has had the singular experience to observe coaching at various stages of development and presence.

A Master Certified Coach with the ICF, Diane received her initial training at Coach University.  Her continual pursuit of advanced education opportunities led to a certification in Evidence Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University.  She serves as Curriculum Consultant for the year-long Evidence Based Coaching Program at Fielding Graduate University.
